Chris leads the agency’s creative and digital teams and brings her keen observation skills, a strong sense of aesthetic, and creativity to all clients. Her interests include systems thinking, convergent technologies and corporate culture.
Before joining Lipman Hearne, Chris was Chief Creative Officer at CACCICO, LLC, a design strategy consultancy that worked with companies to align human-centered design with business values to overcome business and brand challenges. A designer and strategist, Chris has more than 30 years of experience in off- and online marketing for B2B and B2C agencies and corporations. Chris earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and her Master of Design Methods from the Institute of Design at Illinois Institute of Technology.
She is the president of the AMA Chicago Board, and previously served as the director of website experience, ensuring a user-friendly experience for members and prospects. Chris is also a self-described Post-It nerd and Sharpie hoarder.
